Welcome to Chilcompton Sports

Chilcompton Sports is the nominated name for the various sports and facilities at the Bennell site on Wells Road, Chilcompton.

Chilcompton Sports is a registered Charity (Charity No. 1060085), formed in November 1996. The Trustees of the Charity are a group of volunteers who are elected at the AGM or nominated by the member organisations. The land is owned by the Parish Council, with Chilcompton Sports having the lease of the site until 2053.

Chilcompton Sports has the following objectives:

• To manage & maintain the current facilities at the Bennell Sports Ground for the benefit of our member organisations and members.
• The strategic development of the site and its facilities.

Our current member organisations are:

• Chilcompton Sports Football Club – Adult & Youth
• Chilcompton Cricket Club – Adult & Youth
